Ordel's AI works best when it knows your application's rules. The Knowledge tab on an application stores facts as short entries: test credentials, business rules ("policies over $1M need approval"), known quirks, environment notes.

• Entries can target specific pages or flows, so the agent sees the right fact at the right moment.
• Entries named ordel.md are pinned: always included in the agent's context for that application.
• Everything the AI reads per run is recorded, so you can audit exactly which knowledge shaped a result.
