Review & save proposals.

How a finished session becomes page objects, flows and scripts.

When a recording or exploration finishes, the session is Completed: the map data it discovered is already saved, and its file proposals wait for your review. Nothing is written to your scripts until you accept.

Click Review & Save to open the proposals dialog:

  • Page objects (pages/*.ts): reusable locator classes for each page the session touched, marked NEW or UPDATE with a diff view.
  • Flows (flows/*.ts): reusable cross-page steps, such as signing in, that Ordel found in the recording. A flow needs at least 3 actions; it may be empty.
  • Scripts (tests/*.spec.ts): a Playwright spec reconstructing the session's journey.

Select what you want (badges indicate review-worthiness) and accept. Accepted files land in Scripts; the session becomes Accepted and stays read-only for reference. Dismissing keeps the map data but writes no files.

You can leave a Completed session and come back later: proposals wait indefinitely.
